A unique experience with sled dogs on their training run

A unique experience

Would you like to see, hear and experience for yourself how a long-distance sled dog team trains? But please… you are welcome! You have a unique opportunity to be part of a professional sled dog team. Your task is to sit on a Troll cart and be as additional weight. We talk a lot, analyze thoroughly and make decisions. During the training, in addition to theoretical and philosophical conversations, you will also get practice in the form of simpler tasks that need to be done during the training.

Who is a musher?

Heinrich Lukk is the first Estonian long-distance musher who started long-distance races already in 2016. He has had good results in the Polardistans 160 km race in Sweden for several years, as well as the Eastpoint Open 300 km distance in Finland. He has also tried the Finnmarksløpet 500 km race in Norway once, but it was left unfinished the first time. The latest result comes from last winter when he competed in the world’s northernmost long-distance sled dog race, Bergebyløpet 240km, in Norway.

Who are in team?

The long-distance racing team currently consists of 8 Alaskan huskies aged 3-8. You can see for yourself how they work… come and try them out!
